What are the requirements for the subscription?
To subscribe to a vehicle, you need a valid driver's license and residency in the country where the vehicle is located. Typically, you must be at least 18 years old, although for certain vehicles, the minimum age requirement may be higher. Detailed subscription criteria, including age restrictions, can be found in the "Subscription details" section of the vehicle details page. Additionally, a positive credit report is required for subscription approval.
When is the monthly installment debited?
The initial installment is collected upon the handover of the vehicle. Subsequent installments are then collected monthly on the same date as the handover. For example, if you receive your vehicle on the 23rd of a month, each monthly installment (excluding the first) will be debited on the 23rd of each subsequent month.
What payment options are available?
Presently, we accept payments via credit and debit card. However, we are actively working towards expanding our payment options to include a variety of methods in the near future.
How and when can I cancel my subscription?
You are required to provide a 21-day notice period for subscription cancellations. Kindly inform us at least 21 days before the end of your contract period if you wish to cancel your subscription. You can initiate the cancellation process through your customer dashboard. It's important to note that if your subscription has a fixed end date, cancellation is not required.
How are small signs of wear and tear dealt with?
Typically, we don't raise concerns about signs of wear and tear resulting from normal, appropriate usage, so there's no need to be overly concerned about this. However, we evaluate each case individually to determine whether a defect is within the bounds of normal wear and tear or constitutes damage. In the event of damage, the membership fee will be applicable. You can refer to the "Subscription conditions" section on the vehicle detail page for more information regarding this.
Can I also use a subscription vehicle for business?
Absolutely! You can also utilize our vehicles for business purposes and have them registered under your company. Just specify during checkout that you wish to book as a corporate customer.
How do I return my vehicle?
Typically, you return your vehicle to the same address where you initially picked it up at the start of your subscription.
What is “All Inclusive” about the subscription?
With our vehicle subscription service, your monthly rate covers all expenses except for fuel. Included in the subscription are services such as licensing, insurance, vehicle tax, maintenance and wear, repairs, vehicle inspection, as well as tire replacement.
Are summer and winter tires included in the subscription?
You receive your vehicle with either all-weather tires or season-appropriate tires, and the expense of changing between summer and winter tires is covered. There are no additional costs for tires or tire changes.
Can I transition my miles from one month to the next?
Certainly! This option is available. Upon returning the vehicle, we assess the total mileage. If you haven't used all your miles for the current month, they will be carried over and credited to you for the next month's use.
How is vehicle registration carried out?
Typically, this is done before you receive the vehicle, alleviating any concerns on your part. The vehicle will be registered under our name.
As a subscription customer, do I have to do any inspection?
In the event that an inspection is required during your subscription period, we will notify you well in advance. You won't need to handle it on your own. Additionally, the inspection is complimentary for you! It will be conducted either at our partner's location or at a partner workshop convenient for you.
Which countries am I able to drive the subscribed vehicle in?
The subscribed vehicle is restricted to use within the United States.
When do the miles in my selected mileage package begin to count?
Mileage is logged starting from the handover, meaning that the miles are only accounted for after this point.
What documentation should I bring for the vehicle handover?
When you hand over the vehicle, please have your identity card and driver's license ready.
What should I do in the event of an accident or damage?
In the case of an accident or damage, please contact us immediately. In an emergency: Always call 911!
When and how is the registration of additional drivers done?
To register an additional driver, just send us a copy of their driver's license and ID card. There is no charge for adding an extra driver.
What documents do I need to have prepared to subscribe?
We require basic personal information such as name, address, and payment details for your booking. If any additional information is necessary, we will reach out to you accordingly.
Is there an initial deposit?
No, there is no initial deposit.
How do I get my vehicle?
Once your booking is confirmed and you've scheduled an appointment with our partner, you can collect your vehicle at no additional cost.
